  *NOTICE OF BID DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM ALL SUB CONTRACTORS*
 (Effective April 2nd, 2007)
The City of Meridian Building Department will require every sub-contractor to provide a copy of their initial bid proposal in person or by Fax: (208) 887-1297.  This proposal must state the complete scope of work and be received before the permit is issued.
At project completion we will continue to require a final invoice showing total project cost.    

This requirement will replace the current Certificate of Value form.
