The Meridian Parks & Recreation Department’s administrative offices are located on the 2nd floor of Meridian City Hall. We also have a maintenance facility located at 1700 E. Lanark, off Locust Grove Road between Pine Street and Franklin Road.

Summer 2016 Activity Guide Release Date
Our Summer 2016 Activity Guide will be released on Friday, May 13 2016, and registrations for Summer sessions will begin on Monday, May 16, 2016. It will appear as an insert in the May 16 issue of the Meridian Press newspaper and will also be mailed to the majority of Meridian homes. Copies are also available at the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department Office on the 2nd floor of Meridian City Hall. Picnic Shelter Reservations
Picnic Shelter Reservations are now closed for the winter season. We will resume taking picnic shelter reservations on Monday, February 1, 2016, at 8:00 am. Picnic shelter reservations can be made Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, excluding major holidays, by calling (208) 888-3579.
If you wish to reserve a picnic shelter or playing field in any of our City parks, you must do so by calling us at (208) 888-3579 or by visiting our office in person on the 2nd floor of Meridian City Hall, located at 33 E. Broadway Avenue in downtown Meridian. Payment via credit card or check is required at the time of reservation. Tentative reservations or "holds" cannot be made.
