Many City utility projects are constructed in conjunction with Ada County Highway District (ACHD) road projects. This saves Meridian taxpayers money and reduces the impact to traffic flow. For questions specifically about how the road will be changed by joint projects (number of lanes, sidewalks, etc), please contact ACHD.
