Holidays occuring on Saturday or Sunday...

    Generally, holidays falling on a Saturday are observed on the preceeding Friday; those falling on Sunday are observed on the following Monday.  In celebrating the above holdiays, all City offices and departments will be closed with the exception of those departments responsible for wastewater and emergency service.
