Land Development

The mission of Land Development Services (part of the Community Development Department) is to provide our residents, development and building community with quality customer service in a friendly, accurate and timely manner.

If you are ready to submit a new project that includes any of the following: water, sewer, drainage, streetlights, grading, or other land development features; please follow the Civil Plan Review & Submittal Standards. To determine the appropriate Project Type, please review the Land Development Submittal Instructions. Please be sure to follow City Standards, Specifications & Drawings when submitting new project documents.
